Computer Club

 

Every Wednesday evening we hold a computer club for Key Stage Two pupils. The aim of this club is to enable pupils to practice  and improve their skills in I.C.T!

 

The club is taught by Mr Fergeson, Mr Krlic and Miss Mitchell. We currently have sixteen members. I hope that you enjoy looking at some of our work!!!

 

 

Art Club

 

Also on a Tuesday from 3:20 - 4:30 Miss Whitehouse holds an Arts and Crafts Club for Year 6 pupils.  The club was selected on a first come first served basis.  The aim of the club is to experience in a less formal way how to use a range of skills, medias and techniques to make art and craft objects which are more personal to the children.

 

 

Football Club

 

Key Stage Two have the option of joining Football Club. The club is very well attended and our teams do well in all competitions. This year we have won several football tournaments. Mr Byrne, Mr Krlic and Miss Mitchell coach the club and ensure that everyone has a lot of fun!!!

 

 

Cheerleading Club:

 

Each Friday we hold a Cheerleading club in the hall. A professional Cheerleading coach takes the children through their paces. One of the most popular clubs in school!!!

 

 

Multi-skills Club

 

Each week a Community Sports Coach from Wakefield visits our school and works with our Key Stage One children. This club aims to improve all round skills such as ball control, hand eye co-ordination and endurance. Everyone who takes part in this club has a lot of fun!!!

 

 

Netball Club

 

Each week Mrs Guy and Mrs Robinson hold Netball Club, the children are lucky to have two very experienced coaches! We also have a school Netball Team which competes in a number of tournaments!!!
